THE JOB

SOULMATES ANIMAL CARE has immediate openings for people serious about caring for homes while also caring for the health and needs of our clients’ dogs and cats—perfect for self-starting, security-minded, mature adults with common sense and excellent people skills.

To build the best, most reliable team of caregivers possible, we screen all new hires through a series of rigorous interviews, background checks, and job shadowing on initial engagements.

We ask team members to commit as independent contractors to SOULMATES for at least 10 months. We also ask that new hires bring animal caregiver experience with them to our orientation process.

Pay is highly competitive and gratuities for excellent service are common from satisfied clients.
